An Identity Crisis! And Some Inspiration for Your Resolutions

Have you ever been so busy running around that you go in the wrong direction? Or possibly no direction?

I've been running around but getting nowhere.

When I started thinking of my 2014 goals, I thought back to the reason I started a blog. To encourage you

And make sure that you know that changing your diet is doable. And possible. And it might even be fun?

I can't wait to share more success stories, recipes, and personal stuff in 2014!!!!

MY personal goals. Encourage my daughter with her eating. I think she'd be better off on a grain-free diet, but she HATES being different.  She has reactions to peanuts, pineapple, gluten, corn, and possibly dairy.

And, my whole family is resistant to new recipes lately, so I haven't posted anything in a couple of weeks. I'm going to try some new paleo recipes for them (not just GAPS).

I'm going to start my business this year. (cue dramatic music)

And my biggest goal is to be more focused in my work and  have more time for fun.

I found a few success stories to help motivate you to keep your resolutions to take good care of yourself.

These are all people who decided to eat real food, and stop eating foods that were hurting them.

My own GAPS healing story.

The Unconquerable Dave - from Mark's Daily Apple. (One of my all time favorites!)

Elisabeth - Another GAPS healing story - plus an amazing cake recipe!

GAPS testimonials, including a video - from The BrainFood Cookbook
